Buducnost VOLI je još jednom potvrdila svoju dominaciju u crnogorskoj košarci, osvojivši titulu državnog prvaka po sedmi put zaredom. U finalnoj utakmici, tim trenera Andreja Žakelja savladao je gradskog rivala, ekipu Studentskog centra, rezultatom 94:84. Ovaj trijumf donosi Buducnosti ukupno 21. pehar u istoriji kluba, a 18. titulu u nezavisnoj Crnoj Gori. Ključni igrač večeri bio je Nikola Tanasković, srpski reprezentativac, koji je ostvario dabl-dabl učinak sa 16 poena i 14 skokova. Džeri Butsijel predvodio je ekipu sa 24 poena, dok su Jogi Ferel i Flečer Megi dodali po 18. Buducnost je tokom većeg dela meča kontrolisala ritam, dok je Studentski centar pokušavao da se vrati u igru, ali bez uspeha. Ovim trijumfom, Buducnost VOLI je obezbedila duplu krunu, pošto su prethodno osvojili i trofej u nacionalnom Kupu.

Buducnost controlled the pace for most of the game, while Studentski centar attempted to make a comeback, but to no avail. With this victory, Buducnost VOLI secured a double crown, having previously won the national Cup trophy.
