Buducnost VOLI will play the ABA League semi-finals in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, instead of Dubai, due to recent geopolitical events in the region. The game was originally scheduled to take place at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. After discussions between Dubai Basketball, the ABA League, and Buducnost VOLI, it was decided that the game would be played at the Arena Husejin Smajlović in Zenica. The fixture has been rescheduled from May 20 to Thursday, May 21. Dubai Basketball will return to Dubai after the games on May 21 and May 25, with a potential third game on May 28. In a statement, Dubai Basketball said: Dubai Basketball regrets not being able to reunite with its fans in Dubai yet. The club will continue working towards bringing games back to the city in anticipation of our potential qualification for the finals. Buducnost VOLI will play against Dubai Basketball in the ABA League semi-finals. The games will be played at the Arena Husejin Smajlović in Zenica. Coach Aleksandar Džikić of Buducnost VOLI will try to enable his team to qualify for the finals. Players of Buducnost VOLI, such as Vladimir Mihailović and Suad Šehović, will have to give their all for the team to succeed.
